It was a tough decision to discontinue eXPerience however we felt it was
the right one. After many years of serving the Windows Mobile community we feel that at this point in time WM devices can't handle the next level we want to take our software. So
instead of producing an application that does not meet our standards we have decided to pull it from the market.
Another factor in this decision was based on our frustration with the many
different configurations of each device. Microsoft allows OEMs to tweak the operating system anyway they want. The impact to us was that our software was not fully compatible with all
devices. This lead to frustrations between us and you, the customer.
We will continue to watch the Windows Mobile environment and if the opportunity knocks again we will bring eXPerience
back to the market.
We would like to thank all of the users of eXPerience for a great run. Maybe one day Microsoft will see the value of providing the Windows XP look and feel on WM
devices.
The final version of eXPerience, version 2.09, is not compatible with Windows Mobile 2005.
