Power Off - Turns Pocket PC off.

Exit - Shuts down eXPerience.

Safe Exit - Shuts down eXPerience and Soft Resets the device.

Soft Reset - Reboots the device.

Hard Reset - Deletes all files on the device.

Safe Exit is included as a reminder that some plug-ins may lock up your device when eXPerience closes down.  We usually see this problem with demo versions of plug-ins.  The Safe Exit is really equalivent to a Soft Reset.  Use Safe Exit or Soft Reset if you have lock ups using the regular Exit.
