We highly recommend that you sync your device before installing new software. On some devices eXPerience may perform a soft reset after installation. |

Uninstall any previous version of eXPerience before installing this version. After uninstall there may be a prompt that states some eXPerience directories could not be deleted. These directories hold your user settings. If you want to keep these settings, do not delete the directories. If you want a clean start, delete these directories before installing the new version. eXPerience will run on most devices that have Pocket PC 2002, Windows Mobile 2003 or later installed. To install, click on the downloaded executable file and follow the instructions. |

To Uninstall Both Desktop and Device |

1. Connect device to desktop. |

|
2. Open ActiveSync, click Tools > Add/Remove Programs. |
||||||||||
|
3. Find eXPerience in the list and select it. |
||||||||||
|
4. Click the Remove button at the bottom of the dialog. |
||||||||||
To Uninstall Desktop Only |
||||||||||
|
Click the Start button on your desktop and navigate to eXPerience directory. Select Uninstall. |
||||||||||
To Uninstall Device Only |
||||||||||
|
1. Connect device to desktop. |
||||||||||
|
2. Open ActiveSync, click Tools > Add/Remove Programs. |
||||||||||
|
3. Find eXPerience in the list and deselect its checkbox. |
||||||||||
|
4. Click the OK button at the bottom of the dialog. |

eXPerience requires version 1.0.3316.00 or later of Microsoft .NET runtimes for Pocket PC 2002 devices. This version provides a much needed performance boost. The installer should automatically install this version when you install eXPerience. If it did not or you cancel the install you may have to install the runtimes manually. See manual installation below. |

eXPerience runs with all versions of Microsoft .NET runtimes for Windows Mobile devices. However, you can get a performance boost if you upgrade to version 1.0.3316.00 or later. See manual installation below. |

If you already have a runtime version on your device and you want to see which version it is:
If you are manually installing on a Pocket PC 2002 device, uninstall the current runtimes if they are installed. To install the runtimes manually you can use the runtimes included with eXPerience, download the latest version from the support section on our website, or download it directly from Microsoft. The one included with eXPerience is called netcf.core.ppc3.ARM.cab and it is located in the eXPerience install directory on your Desk Top computer. Once you have the runtimes, to install:
