How to access Properties.

Change screen settings here.  The Orientation option is only available on Windows Mobile 2003 SE devices or later.  The VGA Draw Mode is only available on devices that support VGA mode.  Currently the "Small" option will render the Taskbar in a smaller scale allowing you to view more items on the Taskbar.  In the future there may be additional parts of the Screen that draw in the smaller scale.
